Jude Nnadi, a visionary entrepreneur and consultant, leads Equitable Development Action (EDA) as its CEO. With a rich background in engineering and an MBA, Jude's expertise spans business strategy, inclusive economic development, and community empowerment. He is the founder of Paadio Consulting, an enterprise dedicated to fostering Inclusive Economic Development by providing training, capacity building, and professional development for micro and small businesses. Jude is a driving force behind initiatives that promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) across agencies, institutions, and corporations.

His remarkable leadership led to multiple appointments by Governor Tim Walz, including the Council for Minnesotans of African Heritage (CMAH) and the Governor's Council on the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.
